Music Increase Endurance during exercise

Often we see someone doing sports or jogging jog while listening to music using earphones or a headset.

In addition to affecting mood, exercise, listening to music can make a person believed to be more energetic.

For 20 years, from sports psychologist Costas Karageorghis of Brunel University UK, has conducted research to understand the human need to move and follow the flow. In the latest study, Karageorghis test human reaction to what he listens to the rhythm.

“There are four factors that affect the quality of motivation is a response song rhythm, musicality, and the impact of culture and association,” Karageorghis said as quoted from Live Science, Thursday (22/10/2009).
